Dear patients, friends and family,
As you may have already heard, last night Governor Inslee issued an emergency proclamation mandating the closure of non-essential medical services including dental offices except to provide emergency care. This closure is until May, 18th 2020. The closure is not to prevent the spread of COVID-19, it is to free up supplies of PPE (masks and gloves) for hospitals and other front line care workers. During this closure, I will still be available for emergency care. My emergency contact information is on our voicemail.

This is an unprecedented crisis. I know we are all doing our part to help our community get through these uncertain times. Please know that I will do everything I can to alleviate the burden this closure has placed on our Mill Creek Dental Health Care family.

3 Ways to Improve Your Smile with Cosmetic Dentistry

Cosmetic Dentistry in Mill Creek, WA

In past years, only the wealthy or famous sought out dental treatments to improve the appearance of their smile. Today, cosmetic dentistry is mainstream and more popular than ever. Cosmetic dentistry in Mill Creek, WA is accessible, affordable, and the best way to achieve a beautiful, flawless smile.

Here are a few ways you can use cosmetic dentistry to fix dental imperfections.

Whiten Your Teeth

One of the easiest and inexpensive ways to improve your smile is with professional teeth whitening. Whether you choose a quick, in-office appointment or our take-home teeth whitening kits, you will enjoy a brighter smile with our high-grade bleaching gel and custom-made whitening trays.

Fix Chipped or Misshapen Teeth

Whether you have one damaged or misshapen tooth or many, porcelain veneers are a brilliant, yet natural-looking, solution. These thin, shell-like restorations fit over each tooth precisely and enhance the look of your teeth.

Dental bonding also fixes worn down, misshapen, or chipped teeth. In this procedure, your dentist builds a natural-looking tooth around your existing tooth using a durable, tooth-colored composite resin. Cosmetic dentists also use dental crowns and bridges to fix esthetic issues while restoring teeth to function normally.

Close Unsightly Gaps

Gaps between teeth can detract from your smile and even contribute to gum disease. The good news is that cosmetic dentistry can close gaps using strong, natural-looking materials. Orthodontics are likely unnecessary, which is a good reason to consider dental bonding and porcelain veneers for smaller gaps and dental implants or dentures for missing teeth.

Fixing uneven spaces between your teeth helps your oral health, too. Food trapped between small gaps is the perfect place for bacteria to grow and can eventually lead to tooth decay and periodontal disease. Be sure to visit your dentist at least once a year to remove any plaque buildup between your teeth.
